design your own steering wheel?

I know i've asked this before, but it's been a while back and my computer's crashed a couple of time since then, but there is a company out there where you can design your own steering wheel.  You can print off a piece of paper with a circle, design your steering wheel, and fax or email it to them, i believe the custom, one-off jobs start at like $389.  Please, someone give me this website!!  Thanks in advance.

my old shop (Low Glow Neon) back in the 90's  had some steering wheels made for our demo trucks they came out really nice but they were pricy. They can do some crazy stuff
