rendering help

i have a rendering (part of it is my signature), but i need it cleaned up and i want to see one different thing with the tail lights.  Can anyone help me out?  I can pay, but not a shitload, let me know if you can help me out, or know someone who can (pretty quick). 

i have scene the guy whataburger does really cheap renderings that look really good. might wanna hit him up
