Chevy truck rear disc conversion

alright, I hate to do this but I tried using the search but i can't find it.  I know I saw it on here, there was a thread on the conversion for the 88-98 chevy truck to rear disc using I think it was Cadillac brake parts.  I think it had a link to another forum that listed all the parts.  Any help is appreciated
