bagged 2nd gen ram on 28's?

anyone see the new issue of street trucks? on page 94 there is coverage of the gator drags and there is a blue dodge ram that seems to be bagged on 28's maybe even 30's. anyone know anything about this truck?

It is on 28's. He is in the club Texas Khaos. What else do you want to know?  

whats up with the area behind the rear wheels, towards the taillights?  looks funky..?  Does it lay out? Those wheels look ENORmous, post some more pics!!!!   Taylor
