looking to jazz up dash in fullsize chev/gmc trucks

I have 2 trucks i would like to update the look of the dashs.
#1 is a 1991 chev c1500 extened cab
#2 is a 1999 gmc serria
was thinking of something like a carbon fiber dash accent on both trucks.
any idea's would be great.

Custom make a dash for the 91 because that style is just plain horrible. And sand and smooth out the 99 and have it painted.

The 99 dash woud be cool but i have a couple of questions.Is the dash out of a 99 gonna be close in size also with the 91 being OBD1 and the 99 being obd 2 how are the sensors and gauges gonna work? I was thinking of a dash out of a 95 chev as they are close in size and the computer systen is still OBD 1 as it is still pre Vortec.  alos thought of getting Dakota Digital gauges and just keeping the stock dash.If any one has ever done a conversion of chev older and newer dashs would you be able to point me in the right direction or even if you have pics of some custom dashs in the 88 to 98 years that would be great.
