i have a stockfloor body drop on my truck with 20s and 245/35/20 tires....need help on moving the clutch outta the way for the tire doesn't break the master cylinder when layed out...having a real time with this one and its the only thing holding my truck back from getting on the road...any help would be awesome...maybe pics too

hey bro wat we did on mine was build a new pedal and put  the master under the dash flipped around backwards worked well but im sorry i dnt have any pics     hope this helps

yea i did the same thing on my 2000 s10.  i cut the square out of the dash that the master twists into.  i then cut the stock clutch pedal completly off of the stock pedal bracket.  after the pedal bracket was cut, i put it back in and mocked up the new location for the clutch master.  i measured it so when the stock dash is on, i cant take out the driver dash speaker to fill the master.  the hardest part was making the new clutch pedal and gettting it to work properly.    when i cut the stock clutch line, i left a tail at the tranny and at the master.  i used 1/4 inch brake line and 2 compression fittings to re join the clutch line.  i had it like that for almost 3 years and never had any leaks. hope that helps a bit

 a piece of exhaust pipe, and the ring from the factory plate will to the trick by recessing it.  cut the whole plate out, and actually move it CLOSER to the booster about 1 o'clock on the booster should do the trick. any more questions let me know buddy.

for me it wasnt as hard, i just cut the plate out, cut an inch above it, welded it back in, angled the clutch up just a little bit, and it cleared, but im on 18s bd almost 4".  the trick is moving it closer to the inside of the tire if you cant go any higher on the outside of the firewall, if not, flip the geometry around like they said and make an access port to fill the clutch master up.

you can allways go to your local race shop and buy a floor mount pedal that can be flipped.  we put a wilwood set up in mine. http://www.wilwood.com/Products/006-MasterCylinders/index.asp
