PROBLEMS WITH BAD WHEELS!

does anyone know how to get a hold of jayson from BAD?  i ordered a set of wheels about 14 weeks ago when it was only suppose to take 4 to 6 weeks!  ive been calling the number i have everyday now which is the number i order from and also the one on the website and i can never get a answer.  over a month ago he said they were getting polished and it should only b another week but i havent herd from him at all and now cant get a hold of him.  granted im getting the first wheel of a new design but he can atleast give me a call to let me know whats going on.  plus i already dropped half the cash so kinda hoping im not getting scammed!

You are def. not getting scammed bro. BAD would never do that.

Your not getting scammed, BAD is slow sometimes to be honest. I know it does take time to cut a new design wheel and any custom wheel for that matter but they are a hard company to get ahold of at times. We designed on of there steering wheels a couple years ago and we were supposed to get one of the new designs once they where all made but still haven't seen it yet lol. Just keep trying the phone Im sure you will get an answer sooner or later.

BAD takes time to make wheels. Hopefully someone will respond to your inquiry soon. On another note ONE thread is sufficient to get your questions answered. THREE is far to many. In the future ONE thread is what you need to start or you will not be allowed to post again.

I can tell you that within that time he has been on here looking for a company.  From everything I see it would seem if they have very poor customer service.  Seems like nobody can ever reach them unless it is to place an order.  Just my thoughts.  Sorry to hear what is happening with you.

ive always heard nothing but good things about B.A.D.    i ordered a set of bonspeed wheels through a dealer and for 6 months i couldnt get a straight answer outta them.  the thing is, i paid the whole amount right up front!  after talks with bonspeed direct on how they had finished those wheels, and how they were sitting there waiting on my dealer's final payment i called my credit card to cancel the transaction. i got my wheels within a week. very happy with bonspeed, and my wheels.. and like i said B.A.D.'s rep preceeds them as a good company. just hard to get ahold of..  so keep ur chin up

Part of being a good company is having good customer service. I rather give my money to someone who at least has the decency to answer my question or give me an update on my order regardless of the circumstances.

YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I RECEIVED MY WHEELS ALMOST4  MONTHS AGO..AND STILL NO CENTER CAPS, I GOT AHOLD OF JASON THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD SEND THEM WITH MY STEERING WHEEL.WELL TWO WEEKS LATER I TALKED TO HIM AGAIN ON A FRIDAY HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME THAT MONDAY HAVENT HEARD A FUCKING WORD IVE CALLED AND E MAILED..STILL NO REPLY WTF!!????
