laptop

i have two dell laptop computers that were giving to me. i would like to use the screens with my current computer . does anybody know how to wire them up. any information will be greatful thanks

multivista is an awesome piece of software that will allow you to use your laptops or any other monitor be used in a multi screen setup.  I now have 2 24" soyos and a 10.1" (samsung netbook) setup.  The pro version (it aint free) allows up to 3 extended monitors.  SO, with the pro version you can use both laptops as an extend screen of your main pc.  BUT...they all have to be on the same network.  That means (you never specified what condition the laptops were in) you need OS's on both laptops and an active network connection...like a switch or router with built in switch cause it does it all over ethernet.
