Justin Rouches of EBD Wheels

Anyone know him?  He use to go by elegancebydesign on here and sold wheels.  Now he goes by Max Auto Works after a name change.  He did a wheel giveaway at our show Slamily Reunion in exchange for a years worth of advertisement from us which he got.  Now I cant get a response and the chic that won the wheels is getting pissed off at me and wanting me to buy her a set of wheels.  If anyone knows this guy tell him to get at me ASAP please.
