1998 expedition 4x4 ??

98 expedition 4x4 with the coils in the back, what all would have to be done to bag truck and get it to lay out? I have 22" procomp wheels now and intended on changing to straight axle and lifting, but that is going to cost alott more than i thought. Now just checking other options

It will never lay very low due to it being 4x4 in the front.  Your best option would be too change out to a different front clip in the front and ditch the transfer case.  I don't know if much else is different on the 4x4's
