Throttle Cable ??? S-10 with Cavi Intake

So im trying to finish the cavalier intake swap on my 98 S-10 and wondering about the throttle cable? I know that the S=10 one is about 3 inches to short...I need help with this so my stock hood will close...thanks for the help

I think a blazer throttle cable will work im getting ready to do this to mine they are about $15 at the dealership

advance auto parts has a ton of throttle cables, just about any length you want. i had to get a new one for my '84 s10 with an LT1 in it. custom setup and i measured how long i would need. they ordered a custom size in and it works great.

maybe im a little behind on this...you guys have the 2.2 4 cyl and you use the intake off a cavi for what reason?..clearance?...performance? does it clean up nicer ? just curious. got pics ?

lokar 36". there is a 24" but to short and its steel braided for a nice look under the hood.
