Mines on 20's but the tubs are set up for 22's I made a bracket off the A/C compresser for the computer, moved the ABS sideways and welded  it to the charcol canister bracket and also made a bracket that went down to the frame, Mounted the fuse block where the cruise control used to be(you have to notch the inside of the hood a little bit), and moved the cruise control next to the radiator and exteded the wires. Doing it this way the only wires you have to extened is the cruise control and also you have to ditch your hood hinges but you could use some hood struts off of something else. Hope this helps.  http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u234/Laydoutcourier/075.jpg   http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u234/Laydoutcourier/003-3.jpg

You can ditch the ABS if you want. You will just need residual valves and a proportioning valve. There is a diagram and available parts on speedwaymotors.com

mine is a 96 bd to the rockers on 22's.-ditched abs-mounted computer vertically just in front of the master cylinder-fuse relay center is right under master cylinder ( makes changing fuses kinda a pain but there's still room).-no wires extended and still have cruise. and mine still had room for wheel tubs, but ya you'll have to lose the hood springs too.
