dude that really sucks i had a shop install the stereo in my escalade and put lambo doors on it and they screwed me royally, when i said someithing about it he wanted me to pay him to fix it, shops these days don't care about quality, the shop i'm referring to is motorsports athority out of conway arkansas my doors didn't close right stay up good or anything they cut my body kit didn't fix it then repainted the door a diferent color than my truck is and the did the worst job i've ever seen on my install i've got 6 15's in the back and bought all the wiring ect for the amps they stole my wiring and put 4 gauge when i bought double ought and but 12 gauge grounds on 2000 watt amps ran to the battery. all this cost me 8 grand and i've spent almost 6 gettting it all fixed

What i dont get is why this thread hasnt blown up and gotten outta hand like most "Shop Bash" threads. Sounds like hes screwed some people outta several thousands of dollars...yet isnt gettin near the thrashing that previous people in the same situation have received. Barley legal, BYC, DIB...etc etc. Question is...do the well known shops fuck people outta money and work just like lil shit hole shops do...they just get a free pass because they are who they are. I know some projects that have been in some bigger shops that take just as long as some in smaller shops yet its the smaller Shops who employ one person who are the pos...the big well known shops get overlooked. Kinda shitty if u ask me.

damn i just read that whole Jance Customs story!! lol thats the longest thing ive read since high school probably like 8 years ago lol.  im sorry to hear both situations, I did actually call them one time for a job on a F-250 but they never returned my call.  Its hard to meet deadlines but I was by far  impressed at what I saw on Sunny Lane in Houston the night before SEMA!!!  Seeing about 10 guys on the same truck at one time busting ass to make  a customer happy really made me happy.  I'm always getting called by Ricky (the owner of the 08 F250 that ekstensive just layed out on 28s) that he cant believe he went from stopping at car shows to check out the scene to being an absolute show stopper in a span of six months! in his words exactly for all the mexicans on here lol "son mamadas lo que hacen esos vatos"   

wow, 2 threads regarding the same shop? and that is A LOT of bondo... jesus h. christ! it seems as of late that some big name shops that appear on covers and whatnot have many dissatisfied customers. i often get the feeling that shops do their best work for themselves and their buddies but do menial work for the average joe. please correct me if i'm wrong.
