Tightening up steering column

Does anyone know how to tighten up the column on a 87 chevy c10.? The colmn moves up and down a couple inches its real losse with out touching tilt lever. or were I can see it being done.

THERE ARE 4 TILT BOWL RETAINERS THAT LIKE TO BACK OUT ON THOSE STYLE COLUMNS,  THERE ARE A FEW SPECIALTIY TOOLS THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE TO DO THE JOB, ITS NOT HARD JUST ALOT OF SMALL PARTS, IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN INTO ONE OF THEM ITS BEST TO LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT!
