I WAS WONDERING THE SAME THING!!

It's the one West Coast Customs built for Sly Stone and some new movie. They built three. One for him, one for some driving scenes, and one to get wrecked.

I'm thinking that's one of 3 trucks that West Coast Customs made for a Stallone movie. One was a complete running truck and the other 2 were to be used in crash or chase scenes in a movie, but I could be wrong... 

That is the stunt truck from the new Sylvester Stallone movie The Expendables. West Coast Customs built three of them for the movie. They did it during their TLC show Street Customs. Sly was keeping he undamaged truck for his personal collection.
