Wondering if anyone has had to modify their clutch pedal to clear a tub and how you went by doing it. Thought about doing it like a c notch but thought i'd check first. Here's a few pics.

That would work good. Build your curved or notched piece and attach it to where it needs to go before you cut your peddle. The same idea as if doing a  rear frame c notch. Once the notch or curve is installed then you can cut out the section hitting. Finish welding it up, slap a little paint on it and there you have it. Your peddle will sit in the same exact location while clearing the wheel tub at the same time.  Heres a mini truckin article that they did a while back for the weekend warrior project. Check steps 12-16 for a visual aid.http://www.minitruckinweb.com/tech/suspension/0711mt_1993_toyota_pickup_clutch/guide.html

The easiest way to do it is to make a curved piece that will avoid the tub and weld it to the side of the factory pedal.  Then just cut out the unneeded portion of the pedal.  Or you could just rebuild the whole pedal all out of one piece.  Seems like your tubs are too big though because mine is body dropped on 20s and I only had to notch a small bit out of mine.  And my tubs bigger than they need to be also.

Alright cool. Yeah ahab the tub could have been smaller. What size tire do you run? I'm setting this up for 20's, but will roll these 225/40/18's for a while. Its sfbd to rocker with 1.5" z.

thats what i did on mine put the cyl under the dash like that was great drive it everyday, but make sure to use 1/4 metal for the cyl mountn plate, i thought 1/8 would be just fine but it bent over time.
