the 2link didnt work out well so i started over by building an axle and 4 link. i plan on rebuilding the entire spare tire pan to make room for everything.

so just as I start building my adjustable swing arm for my car you go and build a 4 link... I think you should send me your old one for free

it ill be a triangulated 4 link. the upper bars are whats sitting in the axle in the second pic. everything will get beefed up with gussets on the notch and the bars will be reinforced on all the joints since they are peiced together. the lower bars will be parallel and the bags will be mounted to them.Adam you dont want my 2 link. the drivers side wheel is cambered way in. i hope yours goes better than mine did.the fun part will be the filler neck and exhaust. it will be slow going now cause we just had our 2nd baby.

he means his old two link solid swing arm had issues, i guess one of the plates started to bend in. I'm making mine out of 1/4" thick steel, so hopefully its strong enough

i think the main problem was that the bar that tied the 2 sides together was too far forward and it couldnt keep the square tubing from twisting. just waiting on plasma cutter parts to make tabs now.
