Anyone done business with Kris Dye Fabrications...

I ordered a switchbox from them November 4th and never got any shipping info and it never came.... Sent an email and no reply ... money was taken out of paypal so they got theres so wheres mine... I try to give people the benefit of a doubt and so I just let it be and figured maybe they overlooked it and would send it ... maybe they will eventually answer my email ... cant call because im in Iraq ...

ive never dealt with them  but its only been 7.5 buisness days  so i think you may want to wait before you go posibly hurting his reputation on slow responces

hes on s10 forum all the time

Hes usually a pretty cool guy.  Ive talked with him a few times, never bought anything from him, but he seemed like a good business man just because of the great reviews he gets everyware. Hes deffinentally on s10 forum, i would post something over thare, you will get a reply.   Taylor

I bought a switch box from him, he's a good guy just seemed to have slow shipping it took about a month before i recieved my order but it was "dirt cheap" on the price and the switch box works real good so don't start thinking you got ripped he'll get it to ya,  

Yea i guess it has been only 7.5 business days but i never even got a confirmation from them on anything.. im still giving them the benefit of the doubt though since i havent had the chance to hear from them maybe my email just got "lost" ... maybe i havent done a good part on my end as a consumer and inquired more about it ... after all i only sent one email a couple days ago requesting for shipping info ...  didnt think he ripped me off or anything it just seems ive been lost its happened to me a few months ago from another company and i eventually got ahold of them and they had great customer service im jut thinking maybe this is another one of those times after all it looks like he owns a shop and im sure that takes prioroty over sales ...  Ill try and hit him up on s10forums and see whats up ...   

Kris lives like 10-15 min from me but he is hard as hell to get ahold of(almost impossable). I'll see If I can point him to this link. Also check out ohiominitrucks.com he owns the site.

I just got a text back from him he said hes at the hospital with his son and hasn't been able to get online. So I'm sure he'll get back to you as soon as he can.

Hope everything is alright ... oh and apparently there is a s10forum.com and an s10forums.com .. i got on s10forums but i think he gets on s10forum like was stated above... Its no biggy though in a few hours i might be out of contact for a couple days until i make it into the states ... i could have internet access in between flights but im not bettin on it
