Zing an OBS chev dually

has anyone in here Zed the front of thee obs. i have mine torn apart right now to Z in 3/4" but just realized the frames gusseted internally right where i wanted to cut. i dont mind spending the time cutting it , but just curious to how everyone else has Z ed their truck . any pictures would be appreciated, devin

that is a c10 but same idea, then I would run a plate over all that also and weld all the around plate, drill holes in plate first so u can plug weld the holes also
