baggin a 01 f150 up front help on 22z

ok bout to bag my 01 f150 standard cab stepbed..its lowered on 22s now full interior in suede six banger...im def not new to ther bag game but i heard these trucks are hard to do....i want to use stock control arms. i know you have to cut them and im fine with that..i read about a ball joint flip ...not really sure what yall mean. i plan on running 2600s up front and i was told i need to recess my frame rail???
and help would be great i need pics...i looked through all the profiles and kent_la has about the only front pics...
any help would be great
