Has anybody ever built a full Aluminum frame including links and control arms? Pics if it's been done?

It's definately been done.   Here's a fully machined aluminum frame.  I don't think you want to know the cost, the car was built for the CEO of Oracle: http://www.kirkhammotorsports.com/book_aoe/ This car has a fully fabricated and polished aluminum frame and components.  I can't seem to find any photos of just the chassis though: http://www.konoctimotorco.com/bluevelvet.htm

Ya, I can say for the average person, the goal of a full billet chassis is unachievable. That Cobra is a true work of art. In the article, it said he was going to park it next to his Bugatti Veyron. That kinda gives you an idea of the type of person who would own one. As far as other accents like links, and control arms, The Choppin' Block uses alot of billet parts. I'd check them out for some ideas. Thats where I got mine lol.
