Edited: 12/19/2009 4:50:43 PM by kpex350ok im going to build a 6 link for my truck and i almost have all of the parts. the only thing i need now is bungs for the links, but theres a catch i need them in an off size 1-1/8" RH thread. i call suicide doors and they can make them but its going to be a few weeks they said and i need them ASAP!! i live in fresno, ca and would like to find a local place that sells them. can anyone help???

they dont have the right ones. it goes from 7/8 to 1-1/4 thread size i need 1-1/8

did you look at page 4 - theres 1 1/8 on both left hand and right hand

yea when it says 1-1/8 thats means the size of the bung itself. the first number is the thread size. example:1/2-20 RH 1-1/8 X 0.058, the 1/2-20 is the thread size and 1-1/8 x 0.058 is the bung size

I've never seen a 1 1/8" rod end, I think that's like finding a 9/16" female rod end. Is it a bushing sleeve with a 1 1/8" stud welded onto it? Your best bet may be to just buy a 1 1/8" tap and build the bars out of a tube size that can be tapped to that size like SD does.
