I want to relocate my clutch master cylinder up on the firewall. I don't want to put it in the cab, just move it up. My question is that when you move it and the pedal assembly up will it get in the way of the wiper stuff in the cowl area. some pics of how some were done would be great. Wanting to clear 18's with a 3 inch bd. I already have a metro brake booster and im going to put that in too....thanks for the help.

I was running into the same problems then i just replace the clutch master cylinder to an 87-88 model and no it clears...barely but it clears. For me it was alot less work to go this route then again my 89 yota is not driven daily just on the weekends.  Good Luck Bro!

On my toyota I ran the older cylinder, just as mentioned before.  Even recessed it another inch to maximize clearance, and it worked great.   With that setup I cleared 20's but that was with no bodydrop, "couldn't hang with the big boys" as I was told.  Anyways, a great guy to hit up in here is Bobby from Sadistic Iron Works.  Guy is a genious when it comes to toyota's so hit him up.

I moved mine up 3" into the wiper cowl area and it didn't get in the way of my wipers. Just make sure that you do a good job closing the cowl back up around the clutch or you will run into some leaks into the cab when it rains.

i used a master cylinder and resevoir (sp?)  out of a civic  on my 94 - and have had no problems - the master is small and you can mount the resevoir remotely - it worked good for me - im on 19's with a 2 3/4 sfbd
