looking for a good Mandrel Bent Frame Rail.

looking in to another back half  ive looked into the air zenith rail  http://www.air-zenith.com/productnew.asp?id=61and deff. dont want the summit rails 1/8th inch and i could make some with (cant find it now ) they sell weld together bends for 2x3 it was sweet but any other suggestions of other comp. that sale prebent rails  

autoweldchassis.com 11 guage rails site is a little cheese but they are great to deal with and rails are on sale in there discount section

An 1/8" rail is plenty thick, especially in 2x4.  Mindliss Metalfab and Welder Series sell the weld together bends.

dont seem to bad on the price 250ish is the going price on there for the pair didnt say what shipping is air zeniths are 350 pr plus 150 shipping thats what it was when i called them a couple of weeks ago

The auto weld site is HORRIBLE!! lol. I emailed them to with no response, but I believe that is who makes the AZ rails as well. I need to get a price on some custom ones soon.

So are the AZ rails .156" or .1875" (3/16")? Their site says 3/16" but above says .156" with the same pictures. Either way $500 seems like a lot for a single rail. Maybe for a pair, but I would rather pay less and have a lighter material to work with. I would get mine through Chris Alston since they are within driving distance and I have an account with them.

I would go with Autoweld.  They are easy to deal with and you wont get any better with pricing.   2X4 1/8" wall should be fine. You might also want to consider Albina Pipe Bending.  I paid $750 shipped for the frame rails for my S-10, 2X3 1/4" wall.  You will have to send them dimensions since they are not a chassis specific company, but they can bend anything you can think of. Albina Pipe Bending
