I used 83 Toyota spindles to convert my Mazda to 5 lug on 20s. The problem Im having now is with the angle of the tie rod end when layed out. Basically it binds up and I need about 15 degrees more movement in the tie rod end. What material are the Knuckles made of? Cast steel? Is it possible to heat them up and put 15 degrees of bend into them so the tre doesnt bind? Im not sure if heating them is a safe way to handle it. Ballistic Fab has some nice rod ends that Im pretty sure have enough travel to solve the problem. Would that be a better route to take? Thanks, any advice would be appreciated.

Well I think Ive figured out how to solve my problem. I found some QA1 High Misalignment rod ends that have enough degrees of movement in them to handle it. Now I just need to build some type of adjuster to connect the rod end to the Inner TRE and the rest of the steering linkage and Im back in buisness.
