'86 B2000 ExCab, My Pass. Floorboard fills up with water when it rains, like a 2-3 quarts, No coolant, only water, Doesn't happen with the A/C running, Checked the drain hose for the A/C, it's not that. I'm wondering if my wiper cowl might have rusted through, or maybe its coming in from the A-pillar or B-pillar? I can't tell.....Anyone seen leaks like this before?

I would check were anythign comes through the firewall in that area. Have a buddy run a hose on the outside of the truck and lay inside to see if you can see it.

Mine did the same thing! I found that the  Fan was full of water, there is a drain that is probably clogged up. ( I know you checked that) but check it again and blow through it! I also found a small crack in the sealant around the window <----But only after getting pissed off and pulling the dash out! It's been many years ago now.

I found 2 posts online where they said water was coming in through the door???? leaking down the window and sloshing around inside the door and the drain hole in the door get's clogged and then it overflows into the floorboard..... I'm gonna check that tonight.... This leak is really baffling me...

Could be the windsheild seal as well.

its not the winshield or the door seals mine dose it too im a autoglass installer ive been trying to find it too i thought it wa the corners of the fire wall below the hinge holes i sealed it now it dose it less often but ya as stated its probly the weep holes on the cowl area the get pluged and the could fills up when it rains hard water always finds a way in ...ive seen the smallest holes ley in tuns of water!

does it only fill up when you are driving or also while it is sitting? if while driving then the seal to your fresh air vent may be bad or there is a missing firewall plug somewhere. if it does it while it is just sitting then i don't know what to tell you. my 89 had water coming in on the passenger side floorboard due to the fact that i had all my a/c components removed and there was a hole for the heater fan and it is near the tire. may want to start looking in that area.

Might pull the fender and check the firewall on the side. Mine had a little rust hole I had to patch.

I found that the rocker panel was absolutely full of water. (After I pulled the interior apart; passenger seat out, ex-cab door/trim panels, capet up). I pulled the wiper cowl, didn't see any rust, I'm not sure at this point where it was getting in at (either the A-pillar / firewall or B-pillar Ex-cab vent on the ex-cab window) I  pulled the plugs out of the bottom of the rocker and water drained out for several minutes.  It appears that when the rocker filled up it was overflowing on to the cab carpet. Now that the rocker plugs are out, when It rains my carpet doesn't get wet...... So far the wet carpet is fixed and not an issue but I never really figured where the water filling up the rocker was coming from...
