different bed sizes

I just picked up a 1990 Izzy spacecab for parts.  I have a 1995 standard cab in pieces in the driveway.  I just placed the standard cab bed upside-down on the spacecab (to save space), and I saw that the spacecab bed is about 1-1/2" shorter than the standard cab.  Is there some year that the bed length changed, or did isuzu make two different sized short beds?

 if i'm not mistaken, the spacecab's bed is exclusive to that truck alone...the long and standard beds are different as well but interchange from one truck to another of the same style...

correct, the space cab had a shorter bed then a normal "short" bed.

I would like to have a long bed to put on my spacecab since I have it tore down building a frame for it. But I dont think Ive ever seen one.

Keep in mind that even though the bed is only an 1-1/2" longer you need to make the wheel base an additional 3" or so longer. The wheel well is a little further back on the standard cab bed.
