Rebuild !

I have a stock B2200 and I get pretty good gas milage after cleaning up the fuel system and running some treatments on it and other stuff. Im thinking on switching to a weber but with getting ready to send the motor to the shop to get bored .30 my question is im looking to get  little bit of a throatier sound out of the motor and do some things to the cam, anyone have a cam milled to make their truck sound good with the stock motor to make it sound some what mean? I know its only a 2.2. And after the bore on the .30 over what would be the best weber to run ? Already got the pacesetter header and throwing the idea of a Borla or supertrapp exhaust.  Thanks for the input guys !
