The isuzu in the feb 2010 issue of SSM was NOT built by the people given credit for it in the magazine, and most of the info is incorrect. first off Lewis Picket had nothing to do with the interior or any part of this build... absolutely nothing, a very talented friend named Teague did it (RIP). secondly Fat Rob's Rod and Customs also had absolutely nothing to do with the suspension. i have over 300 build pics of this truck not only this version but also the first time we built it. it was also featured in the Crime Pays Video "Far From Famous" dvd. the interior has not one ounce of fiberglass in it, it was all sanded smooth and primed sanded again, and again, and some more to achieve the smooth look.the suspension was built by myself (ryan rutledge) and casey henry of C&D truck accessories. every last bit of body work was done by my boy logan gamble who also painted and laid down all the graphics and door jams, the paint is not House of Kolor it is all PPG. i know this kind of thing happens all the time but im not going to stand for it i will be posting the build pics in the next couple of days. i talked to the owner at the RA all star event he seemed like a stand up dude but whatever. i believe the people that put all the blood, sweat and time into the truck should get the recognition. sorry about the long post, had to vent.
