lookin for some info on the new camaros if anybody has some. I have a customer bringing me his car to have air ride installed. it's brand new and it seems a bolt on kit is not available yet from any companies except airrunner which is a small fortune. I was hoping somebody out there has done one already and possiblymodified a kit that was readily available. yes I was at sema and I did see many camaros that had air ride installed so I know it's not impossible. were running a 22"-24" combo. any help is appreciated.

Talk to Status Customs in Rockwall, Tx.. they built the one at SEMA on 22-24s

that red camaro is pretty sweet. I was just hopin someone out there has done one already. I'm gonna need to turn this one out pretty quik so a bunch of intense fab work like the red one is not an option with this camaro

I'm not an airbag pro by any means, but with the front being McPherson you'll probably want to go with some kind of 'strut bag' in the front.  Rear should be cake (possibly just use a strut bag as well.  If I had a camaro in front of me I could lead you in a better direction.  In addition to the great suggestions already mentioned, there's a place in Phoenix called Auto Culture that could probably help you out.  (602) 253-9365‎ ask for Rob.

We have done one. I understand most not wanting to cut their brand new camaro up like we did ours, but if you want it to really sit down thats what is needed. We explored many options with the suspension on our camaro but all roads led to removing the strut set up to get it as low as we wanted to. If it were me, i'd just wait till someone had a manufactured kit out and go that direction if time is of the essence. Plus, get ready to start narrowing stuff up if you want any kind of lip on the wheels, those cars are not built to accomodate any wheel lip. We had to narrow our car up 7'' in the rear to accomodate what lip it has on a 24x10, plus we had to raise the cradle 5'' to get the camber to look correct and match the front. Goodluck on your project, post pics as your going, i'd love to see how others overcame the same issues we had to.
