88-98 Chevy/GMC Fleetside Steel - NonChromed Rear Step Bumper

Looking for a Primered aka NON-CHROMED step bumper without impact strip holes for my 97 Silverado.  LMC only has Chromed version and my local Chevy dealership says they are discontinued.  Found one on ebay the other week but lost it because im an idiot!Any ideas where i can get one?  Preferably new but used will work as long as its not beat up.gross
