Gumby's Tacoma X-runner

Does anybody know what happened to it?  I remember seeing it being sold on ebay for something like $28,000 or so but after that it seemed to have disappeared?? 
 
Anyway, just always liked it, thought it was a pretty sweet truck...

It is here in AZ being redone from what I last remember. The new owner has a profile on here. I cant think of the name right now though.

That truck was fun to build. Short build time though real short!!

man i have an x runner for my daily driver, this truck makes me want to cut it up and body drop it already!

That truck was ASWESOME...I seen it at truck bash when it was about half done.  It doesn't look like the guy that has it now has updated his profile in a while, does anyone know if he ever finished it?  I loved that truck.

it was updated a couple months ago, he is still working on it. 

I know that the front end was redone here in AZ. The new owner has talked to me several times about building a new frame for it and juicing it.
