Help on re adjusting my fender...

My burbans passenger side fender is squeezing the front passanger door, preventing it from opening.  To re adjust, is it as simple and loosing bolts and pulling forward?  How do i go about getting this fixed?

Just loosen the bolts, and use a few wooden wedges from the hardware store to jam between the door and the fender.  If those aren't strong enough, wrap some tape around a screw driver and just pry it forward and have your buddy tighten the bolts as you move the fender.
