heres an old pic. i dont have any of it on there with paint yet on my computer. i didnt cut my hood as much as posible. i didnt want a big hole, but it will probably suck taking it off to open it but owell.

ya im going to do some sheet metal later to curve up around the hole to make it cleaner ...i cut the big hole so i can open it when needed...did you have a problem with fitment with the flappers

no it wasnt that bad. i filed my hood down so it was a nice smooth cut and body worked it. on the base i modified it to have the same slope as the hood. it looks like mine sits up out of the hood alittle more than yours. how much are you body dropped. i wish mine was a little lower, but then i probablywouldnt have to go with the scoop .

man i always loved this truck even before u had it i used to live in crestview i had one identical to it when i lived there had 18 inch berthas on mine i love those wheels keep up the good work bro

i think its like a 3-31/2 ..i have a carb adapter/spacer and the motor is set with 1/8th or so under the stock oil pan ...yea with this front end the hood sits higher then the stock hood...without the spacer the scoop would not be out all the way ..ya im not sure if its the shaft they go on is not drilled right or its the flaps ...may just round out the holes a little cause they bind up when you move the arm
