I am not sure but I do know a while back there was a guy who put a S2000 motor in his truck.  Ran badass from the pics and what I heard.  Mike A. or someone else may be able to point you in the right direction. Here is the link to minitruckin.... http://www.minitruckinweb.com/features/mazda/0611mt_custom_1987_mazda_b2200/index.html

B engines spin backwards. You can make them work but wouldn't be optimal or worth the effort. The newer K engine spins the normal way and should be able to make it work with an S2K tranny

found the motor really cheap . and was just wondering if it would work. but someone told me  that because of the age of my tuck i might not have to have it emissioned so i may just try to get my motor rebulit and get it to run right.    thanks for the help tho  p.s. if anyone in phoenix can rebuild my motor for a reasonable price or kows someone hat will please let me know, thanks again

I have heard of a few putting in a Kia motor. I don't recall which one though.

the motor, wiring harness for the motor, have to make mounts. axles have to be made for it to go into your fornt end. so cant have a bag in the a arms// not really that feesable if you ask me..it would have to be converted to like a macpherson style strut front end and it would be a pain in the ass.. if u wanna run a honda motor run a rwd one like s2000 or something so you can keep your rear end and drive shaft setup like a normal truck.. or you could go with a nissan rb20 or rb25 thats a inline 6 and rwd so might wanna rethink that one man good luck

I took a civic chassis and put it under the body of my b2000 to make mine front wheel drive. It took a lot of work to brace it right but it will be worth it when it is all done. It has all factory wiring and mounts. You could front half it with a honda front end. That would give you the engine  mounts and the axles and mounting points for the suspension.
