Updates:
The shop is busier than ever, I wish i could do updates more on here, like we do on facebook, but its just too time consuming. Im going to try and commit to updating every couple days on here when i can.
Anyways, we had a very very successfull "Name your own price" sale over the thanksgiving week, and we are busy burning out as many of those orders as fast as we can right now. During our long holiday weekend, I was finally able to sit down and figure out our actual order turn around times for the last 6 months, and I am very pleased with the output of the shop since we made this change.
We get asked all the time "how long will it take for the order to get here" On average, I quote a customer a 3-6 week window on control arm orders, and do my best to keep it on the low end, but here are the actual numbers
Orders shipped in 3 or less weeks = 7%Orders Shipped between 3-4 Weeks = 71%Orders Shipped between 4-5 Weeks = 11%Orders Shipped between 5-6 Weeks = 9%Orders Shipped after 6 weeks = 2%
This is something we are extremely pleased with, and will continue to try to improve upon. We all greatly appreciate your business, and loyalty as I was also able to determine during this 6 month span, that nearly 35% of orders are return customers! That is HUGE to us!!
Some new products we have been working on lately, that we are very happy to finally have available for customers,
the Budget style, 1989-2000 Chevy / GMC 3500 1 ton to 3/4 ton conversion arms are one we have been wanting to release for a while now. These arms share every single advantage as our normal conversion arms, except these use ball joints instead of jeebus joints, and they have a lower price tag!. These arms will get you down no problem on a 22" semi wheel.
In the last month or so, we have gotten more and more reqests for import mini arms, im not sure why the sudden infulx of orders, but Im very great full of it, and i like to feel it reflects on the parts we make. We have been wanting to release a 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma arm set for quite some time now, and they are finally available. The 95-04 2wd Toyota Tacoma Arm Set, With Ball Joint Spacer. These bolt to your stock strut bar and ball joint, and use your stock cross shafts on the uppers. The upper arm uses a Jeebus Joint and the lower uses the OEM Joint. New bushings and sleeves are supplied for every pivoting location.
We are allways trying to improve our products we produce as well, and because of that we have recently decided to change the material on our internal caps and spacers from aluminum to 4140 chromoly. This was a significant price increase that we absorb, with no price change to the customer. The chromoly parts hold the black oxide treatment much better as well! These have been standard for about 5 months now, but just now really getting the chance to post about it:
