will struts from a 92-95 civic fit on a 99 integra 4dr ls?

Yes, 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra use the same struts and spings.

Length and mount wise they are the same (excluding the Integra type-r rear struts). The difference is that the 92-95 civic struts have the bracket for the brake line and the 96-00 civic struts do not since the brake line is bolted to the spindle. Also I'm not 100% on this, but i also believe that there is a slight difference in the springs from the 92-95 to the 96-00 civics because the 96-00 weighed a little bit more. I'm not sure with the brake line configuration on the  integras, but it's nothing a couple of zip ties can't fix.
