Calling all CNC operators. Need Help

Hey everyone. Not sure where to post this, sorry mods if its not in a good spot.
 
I bought a CNC plasma cutter from Practical CNC a couple years ago. It ran great up untill I had to format my computer due to a virus. Long story short: after reloading the program, nothing is working right. To make matters worse, Practical CNC has gone out of business. A new company has purchased the remaining assets and is selling them under the name Precision Automated Equipment. However I can't seem to get anyone on the phone, no matter how many times I blow it up, lol. If anyone has any knowledge fixing these things (and not just running them like I do) I could really use the help. My 12,000 dollar plasma table has turned into a bench to store parts on. I kinda figure this to be a shot in the dark, but what the hell, I'll give it a try.

Get on the cnc plasma section cnczone.com it's probably going to be your best bet for help. Shoulda bought a Dynatorch lol but yea they should be able to help you on there.
