---------------------------------------------Originally posted by BagD72Chevy---------------------------------------------Originally posted by GroundedWaTTswell, i got this truck in like a 50% finished condition. I haven't actually put it on the lift and taken the wheels off to know exactly what is wrong. I just know that I was told I needed to get new knuckles for the front. I can spin the steering wheel with no effect. I can move each wheel independently of each other. need pictures??---------------------------------------------This is pretty broad. Are any of the following non-existant or missing: Steering Box, Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, Center Link, Inner Tie Rod, Outer Tie Rod, knuckles?? Obviously your steering column is not connected through all these parts to the knuckles. If the knuckle/spindle is mounted with wheel and whatnot and does not have a broken steering arm figure out what is missing. Installing knucles off of another vehicle with no insight or design to adapt them will result in horrible suspension geometry, bump steer, tire wear. In a nutshell, we need more information, pictures would be even better. -Ryan --------------------------------------------- This is pretty much what i was looking for....and like i said, i havent had the chance to get her on the lift so Im not 100% sure what is there and what is not, was just told it needed custom knuckles or ones from a fullsize chevy. So'll this weekend or sometime this week i'll get some pictures and maybe some more insight.thanks
