Tacoma Front End Conversion Questions

I am wanting to swap my front end from the 98 body style to an 01-04 bodystyle grille, hood, headlights.. My main question is does everything line up on that body style.. Is it as simple as swapping out the grill, hood and headlights or is there more to this conversion?? Any help is greatly apprecaited

need a core support too , need it all doors forward ,go to www.customtacos.com theres alot of people who have done it
