What to use to hold suicide doors open?

Like the title says. What are you guys using to hold your suicide doors open at shows?

the factory check straps they should already be in the doors just switch them to the back

i think he is asking more like the hood prop bars. just weld chain solid and use it or bend a rod to the lenth you want.

i did the welded chain thing for a while worked just fine.

Just can't figure out a source for something sturdy yet bendable on the ends. Thought about brake line but thats just what popped into my head. My doors don't have stops and i'm tired of setting at shows with the wind blowing my doors open toward the paint or closed.

you can get small lengths of round solid rod at lowes

I'm in the process of this now. Was going to stainless rod,now using clear plastic rod from Tap Plastic!
