next time  you ned a mandrel rail  look in to the one air zenith is selling   real affordable   they only offer one partern though   but there 3/16

I looked at Air Zenith. Like you said, only one size. It wasn't big enough for the 24's, but I could have modified it to work. Josh said he was going to be able to do it, so I let him try. It didn't work out and I didn't want to wait any longer for the AZ ones to ship. I may go that route in the future though. I think after shipping they were $415??? Seems like a pretty good deal. I like that they are 2X4 .188. All the other places are 11 ga.   Ryan, the notch is set up for a 31" tall tire. It is actually setup to be a little higher since Codey wanted to be able to still have the rear on the ground when the front is lifted.   Here are pics from today...  

the rails were pretty hard to bend to the correct degree on one bend and i was still workign out the bugs on the bender i appreciate you letting me try and learn as i went. the next ones are on me for free since i couldnt get it done in the short amount of time.

I absolutley hate "crazy tube work". I don't and will never place random tubes to get that look.  Now, if you are asking if there will be tubes in there for structural purposes and mounts, then yes there will be tube work on this one. There is a planned total of 6 tubes to mount all the suspension.
