using a custom license plate from the past?

what are your thoughts of using a custom license plate that was used before in FL, but is now available? I haven't seen the truck for years, but believe it is still around. I'm guessing the tags have just expired.

i dont see a problem with it. how long are we talkin tho?

id say since its not in use ...and it wouldnt stop someone who dosnt know that it was owned by a certin truck so id say get it

after thinking about it more, it was from GA, but I saw it at a show in FL (slamfest). it was featured in MT in 2005

what was it? if its a diff state i dont see how it would matter.

in Montana i know once the plate has been expired/ owner didnt renew the custom plates then its up for grabs.

Don't see a problem a with it, I say get it if it's available!

only problem id see is what if the last person still drives with his on?  what if hes out running red lights or fucking around and someone gets his lisence #...they call the cops and you get busted....  just my thought.   kind of a worst case situation
