Why does this Caprice look familiar?

I have seen this car somewhere beyond the Southeast. Looks pretty haggard at the moment.

yeah I traded a Guy out of Missouri for my escalade got disabled and couldn't work on the car and sold it to a friend for 2k with no motor or anything nice car if someone would put the time in it

i think i remember seeing it at havoc 07. badass car. now it looks like it's just something else for the kids to play on in the back yard.

OMG that is Allen's car.  Kyle what the heck is up with Allen?  Boy can't keep a car longer then a month.
