Whats the best way to determine how long to make 2 link bars? My factory 4 link on my car is maxxed out and im not losing my rear seat to make the bars longer so 2 link is what im going with.
I know on a truck you go from the factory hanger to the axle but if i use the factory hanger on mine the bars would be too short.

Go to the furthest length possible. The further you get away from the axle the better due to the fact that two links work like a pendulum and can cause major pinion angle problems if they are to short.. Dont listen to people that say two links are crap.  They are a very effective way to slam out a car.

Yep thats why im going with it since im laid out on 24s, if i do the 2 link ill get 3 more inches off drop. And i have the bags on the axle so i dont get that much lift which will help me not have a crazy pinion angle change.

Should i have the bars level when its laid out or at ride hieght?

You should try to keep the bars level and set your pinion angle at ride height since that is when your ujoints will be transfering torque. This means you will have to consider the uptravel of the two links so that they do not interfere anything.   24's are madness! ahaha so cool.  Im planning on laying my 64 cad on 4's.

I pretty much have the 2 link figured out, and with so many people running 2 links you would think id have more answers, anyway. So what is the formula for placement of a trac bar? i dont have room to run a panhard bar due to the gas tank being in the way and i see alot of people doing track bars. I know to make sure the 2 link bars are square, but iv seen some track bars go as far as passenger front bushing to drivers rear bushing and ive seen some go front bushing to mid way on opposite bar and some mount furthest point on one bar to furthest point on opposite bar(not bushing to bushing). Also which is best solid bushing mounts on both ends or one end adjustable or hiems on both ends?

i have my 2 link arms solid bushings no adjustment, and then my track bar has opposit threads for ease of adjustment, going from farthest point to the front of  passenger arm to the farthest point to the rear of drivers arm. i believe i have pictures on my profile

Yeah the frame is only 4" tall and i have 5" from bottom of frame to bottom of the rear floor. I have already when trough all my options and 2 link was the best option for the amount of space i have. Im waiting on suicide doors to send me my endlink bushings with the DOM tube to make the links. till then im gonna do the crossmember
