Who's Yota?

I love everything about this truck! I love the stance and the simplicity the most. But I have a few questions. I would like to know what they used for the suspension and what size wheels they're running. So if you know anything about it or own it, any help would be great! Thanks!
 

looks like 18's and just layin frame. i dont know the truck personaly but thats what i see from the pic
