Just disconnect the cables inside the drums, 2- 10mm bolts hold cables to backing plates and pull it out.  Remove hangers, and cables to the lever thing.  The lever thing (on trans x-member) has a pin with a cotter pin that holds it on, remove it.  The unbolt the e-brake handle inside the truck it has 2or 3 bolts and pull the cable up through the floor.  Put a grommet back in hole.  Done.
