I have a 1991 Chev C1500 and it has the stock front inner fender wells well guess what truck will not lay out with them and 20's. Bad part truck just got painted not long ago and do not want to weld trailer fenders up front any ideas or pictures?

When I made my inners the first thing I did was remove th stock ones and cut the back side of the stock fender to allow rrom for the wheel and tire to travel.  Then I used cardboard and made a template that fir in the inner side of teh fender all teh way up to the lip where the hood closes and to the front and rear.  I made sure it fir on both sides.  Then I test fit a trailer fender with the cardboard in place and cut the trailer fender down and then cut the cardboard to fit the fender.  After I test fit everything I cut two pieces of sheet metal using the cardboard template.  I then welded the sheetmetal to the trailer fenders, painted them and bolted them to the stock fenders.  This gave me a smooth wall on the back side of the fender and some raised inner fenders.
