smc psi

got a set of smc 3/8s  was wondering how much psi is safe to run in them an how much is everyone else running?  on my set up now im running 200psi but i can turn it down if needed.

i am daiy driven and am running 200 psi

200

175-200 daily ive pushed them to 230 once an it handled it there pretty tough valves

200 will be good  with 3/8ths for sure?
