S10 spare tire lowering tool?

I know this is stupid, but I a have a daily dime and I need to know what the spare tire lowering tool looks like so that I can purchase the correct item. Just in case I have a flat. Thanks for the help guys.

^--thats for something like a ford, the s10 tool is the tire iron. the receiving end is not square but smashed inside so the screwdriver end of the tire iron fits in to turn it.
